Q: Do I need a phone line to be monitored?

A: No. With our partnership with Alarm.com, landlines can be a thing of the past. Alarm.com can transmit alarms to the central station and allow you to remotely control your system from where you are.

Q: If I have an existing system, can you provide me with monitoring and servicing?

A: In many cases, yes! We would need to do a free, no obligation, evaluation of your current system to see if we can take it over.

Q: How much does the monitoring cost per month?

A: Currently, our basic landline based monitoring is $24.00 per month. Our monthly monitoring with Alarm.com begins at only $39.00 per month.

Q: Can I view my camera system with a smart phone?

A: Yes, our new camera systems all offer remote viewing with a free, downloadable, app.
